Our position on AI

Integrand BI uses artificial intelligence tools as part of how we work — both in delivering services to clients and in running our own business operations. We believe in being transparent about this. This page explains which tools we use, what we use them for, and what safeguards are in place.

We do not use AI to replace professional judgement. Every client-facing output — whether a strategy recommendation, a data architecture proposal, or an assessment result — is reviewed and validated manually before it is acted upon.

Tools we use

Claude (Anthropic)

Claude is our primary AI tool and the engine behind the Data Maturity Assessment on this website. We use Claude for:

Generating the tailored recommendation you receive after completing the assessment questionnaire
Drafting internal documents, proposals, and communications
Supporting analysis, research, and content development
Assisting with code development and technical problem-solving

All Claude API calls made through this website are processed server-side. Your questionnaire responses are sent to the Claude API to generate your recommendation and are not stored on our servers beyond the duration of that session.

Claude is provided by Anthropic. Their privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.

Ollama (local AI — coding assistant only)

Integrand BI uses Ollama as a locally hosted AI tool for coding assistance. Ollama runs entirely on our own hardware — no data is sent to external servers when it is in use.

Ollama is used exclusively as a coding assistant to support development work. It is not used in client-facing processes, service delivery, or any workflow involving client data. It does not interact with this website or any client system.

Microsoft Azure

Microsoft Azure is our primary cloud platform. We use Azure for secure infrastructure, data storage, and credential management. Azure does not introduce AI-generated content into our client work independently of our instruction.

The Data Maturity Assessment

The assessment questionnaire on this website uses the Claude API to generate a personalised recommendation based on your responses. Here is what you should know:

Your answers are scored using a structured, human-designed scoring model
The scored results and your contextual answers are passed to Claude with a detailed prompt written by Integrand BI
Claude generates a recommendation of approximately 300–400 words based on those inputs
The recommendation is designed to give you a useful, honest starting point — it is not a substitute for a full discovery engagement

The assessment is a demonstration of Integrand BI's AI integration capability as well as a practical tool for prospective clients. The output should be treated as indicative, not definitive.

What AI does not do at Integrand BI

AI does not make final decisions on client engagements, pricing, or recommendations without human review
AI does not have access to client data, systems, or environments unless explicitly scoped and agreed as part of a project
AI-generated content is not published or delivered to clients without review
Client data is never used to train AI models

LinkedIn content

Integrand BI uses an internal automation tool to assist with drafting and publishing content to our LinkedIn profile. This tool uses the Claude API to draft posts based on topics and instructions we provide. All posts are reviewed and approved before publication.

This tool does not collect or process personal data belonging to clients or website visitors.

Training data opt-out

Integrand BI has explicitly opted out of allowing Anthropic to use our interactions, prompts, or outputs for AI model training purposes. This applies to:

All internal use of Claude via the Anthropic Console and Claude.ai

This means that your questionnaire responses, any content you submit via this site, and our internal interactions with Claude are not used by Anthropic to train or improve their models.

We have also disabled the equivalent data-sharing setting on our Vercel hosting account, ensuring that our website code and deployment data are not shared with third parties for training purposes.
